letter of thanks to Emmas Bistro and Grill for the fantastic food and service you delivered on our Holiday 2008 Buffet Luncheon Day (16th December) at Summit Industries, Inc. I personally felt the Event ran extremely smoothly thanks to your skills and organization as Chef and Sous Chefs, and the food was superb. I have a strong back ground in Hospitality Services and have high expectations from Caterers I choose to use for our events and I am delighted to say that your Company delivered a superb product from the preplanning, food delivery and service during the event.
I have had so much excellent feedback from our General Manager, VP Operations, employees and guests about the meal, especially the Smoked Turkey Breast, Collard Greens and Four Cheese Macaroni was 'the best ever tasted and cooked to perfection'.
I will definitely feel confident in recommending you to anyone else for Caterers around the area!

It is with great pleasure that I am writing about my experience with having a home party catered by Emma’s Bistro & Grill. From the planning stage through the set-up, delivery, service, and clean-up stages the staff was professional, efficient and extremely courteous. Fatima, Paul, Ricardo and Christine managed to create an atmosphere that was formal and classy yet very relaxed. Our guests as well as my husband and I had a wonderful evening. The food, from hors d’oeuvres to main course and dessert was delicious and beautifully presented. The clean-up service was definitely worthwhile. Our house was left spotlessly clean with all the dirty dishes washed, dried and put-away. I definitely would call on Emma’s catering service again and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who would like to have a “stress-free” catered event.

Emma's Bistro and Grill was a vendor at the Butternut Creek Art show in Blairsville this weekend (7/20/08), and my wife and I absolutely loved the lamb gyros we purchased from them. I had to buy another as we were leaving to take home with us for later. Excellent! Definitely will look them up for more of their excellent food in the future.

My husband I had a holiday party at house for approximately 30 people. We host this party every year for our family and friends as a thank you for being instrumental in our lives. This year was a special year because we celebrated 1 year being in the Atlanta area. In the past, I would prepare all of the food. This year we decided to caterer our event so that I could relax and enjoy our guests. I have to admit that I was nervous about having someone else prepare the food. When I told my friends that I was catering the event, they just shook their heads and said that they were not sure about my decision.....especially since I knew nothing about Emmas Bistro and Grill. I have to say that I would make my same decision all over again. The first time that I spoke to Fatima, there was a warm and friendly spirit about her. She gave me several helpful menu suggestions and made me feel comfortable with our decision to go with a caterer. Both Fatima and Paul were extremely friendly and professional when they brought the food to our home. Even though the weather was not the greatest, the food arrived at the right temperature. Before leaving, the food was set up and ready for our guests to enjoy. They did not leave until they received our confirmation that everything was to our satisfaction. Everyone loved the food and was very impressed with the presentation of the food. We were provided with cards that gave a brief description of the ingredients so that my guests could make the right decision on which selection to stay away from. The biggest hits at the party was the coconut shrimp (or shall I say prawns because they were so large, the lamb meat balls, and the fruit salad that was in individual plastic wine cups. I have to say that the presentation of the food was so elegant. If you are looking for great customer service, professionalism and great food, I highly recommend that you consider Emmas Bistro and Grill. We cannot say enough good things. Fatima and Paul, thank you for making our holiday party a huge success. Definitely, watch out for us because we will be contacting you again!!
